Most of the Afghan people are illiterate and have not even gone through any skilled courses for maintaining better jobs in the community thus the rising number of unemployment in the country has caused the security to worsen from the earlier years.

The GI International is offering its skills and experience to the Afghan local communities to improve and experience a better coordination with in the society. The vocational trainings are the only way to educate the illiterate young generation to fight back the poverty and stand for supporting their families thus the vocational trainings would be acquiring a part of the development budget to be spent on so that the the company hires skilled workers to train the young people and provide them with the training of the skills they are interested in such as Masonry Training, Carpentry, Carpet Weaving, Clothes Sewing, Plumbing and other jobs.

GI International is a company based on equal gender quality assessment that understands the value for producing job opportunities to both the male and the female genders in the country, thus with the vocational trainings, the female will be assisted and supported to complete their trainings in the fields of their interest and become supporting persons for their family.

Finally, the Gateways Innovative International Group is urging all the International Donor Agencies and Development Groups to increase the amount of the budget in training the unskilled people to reduce the unemployment rate and represent their country with pride and honor.
