Our Team – Program Section

The GI International is entirely based on the staff commitments and has special teams carrying particular jobs with in the Main Office and the Field Offices.

The Program Section has been established for over looking all the implementation factors starting from concept designing to assigning operative teams. The Program Sections are headed by the Engineering Units with in the offices who are responsible for attending meetings with the Clients, providing progress reports, confirming the quality assurance and standards according to the scope of work or clients requirement and making financial evaluation of the projects.

Finally, the Program Section will be working on training the unskilled workers and generally training its Field Technical Teams in completely understanding the project scope of work and work on complete satisfaction of the client during the implementation.
