The Civil Affairs Team (CAT I) contracted the HELP Organization for carrying all the design and construction works for the Anguryan Comprehensive Health Clinic.
The Anguryan Health Clinic is located 25 km west of Kandahar City where the communities could not reach the hospitals easily and where disabled persons can not access to health facilities thus the construction of the Anguryan Health Clinic helped the vulnerable communities with basic health facilities.
The Anguryan Health Clinic consisted of the Administration, Registration, Waiting Room, Vaccination Room, Male & Female Ward Rooms, Bathroom with a Handicapped Bathroom, a Generator Room and a Guard Room.
Finally, the inauguration ceremony was arranged by the HELP Organization where the United States Military Forces, Civil Affairs Team members joined along with the Provincial Administrator, the Health Director and some Tribal Elders of the near by villages.

The HELP Organization was established to reach the most vulnerable communities around the country through the Urgent Humanitarian Aids projects.
The HELP Organization started working with the United States Military as a General Contractor and implemented various development projects in the Southern Region.
This project consisted of complete installation of more than 100 drinking wells in multiple villages of different districts in the Kandahar province.
This project benefited hundreds of houses and had an easy access to safe drinking water.
Finally, through the implementation of Urgent Humanitarian Aids projects, the common community memebers are benefited and are provided with their priority needs.

The HELP Organization prepared and submitted the proposal under the Urgent Humanitarian Aids program to the Embassy of Japan located in Kabul, where the proposal was accepted and the grant contract was signed.
The HELP Organization allocated the excavation machines and set a Site Office in Shorabak District where the implementation of the project was maintained.
Shorabak district was amongst those districts which were not reached and assisted through any development project until the HELP Organization sent its development and evaluating team for possible project implementation.
Finally, the Shorabak district still awaits other International Development Agencies to strengthen their development cooperation to the vulnerable communities.

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) contracted the NPCC Nationwide the survey, design and construction of the Sufi Sahib High School in Kandahar province. The NPCC Nationwide Regional Office located in Kandahar and supervising all the development projects under implementation in Southern Region was the supervising and monitoring company for this project. The project started with the allocation of the site equipments and site office set up where all the technical teams were assigned their part of duties which were performed with highly skills, capabilities and available resources utilized. The Sufi Sahib High School consisted of a two storey building for Classrooms, a one storey building for School Administration, Another small building for Teachers Restrooms, an Ablution Block with all modern sanitary items placed, a Guard Room and level and grading of a Football Ground. Finally, the NPCC Nationwide was awarded with the Appreciation Letter and all the works completed were praised and further contracts were promised.

While having worked with the Zabul PRT as a consulting and evaluating agency, the Zabul PRT approached the HELP Organization for construction of the Electrical Department.
The works consisted of construction of a Security Wall, Security Towers and Catwalks which all were completed by the Site Teams appointed for completion of this particular project.
The Zabul PRT was satisfied with the implementation of the project and expressed their willingness in contracting this firm other projects in the future.
Finally, all the works that had been assigned, completed satisfactory and such development projects, helped the community members get trained by the HELP Technical and Site Teams.

The Site Assessment Survey was carried out by the Survey and Assessment Team of the Sub Office of the HELP Organization in Urozgan province.
The Survey & Assessment Survey visited all the proposed clinics and school sites and collected the data needed for further submission to the MFP & Associates.
Finally, the HELP Organization and NPCC Nationwide have all kinds of experience and technical capabilities for undertaking any kind of survey and assessment project.
Construction of Zarghona Ana High School

The Civil Military Operations Center (CMOC) located in Kandahar PRT compound evaluated the bids submitted for the renovation of the Zarghona Ana High School, Kandahar and signed the contract with the HELP Organization. The project consisted of installation of Doors & Windows, Electrical Wirings and Distribution Boards, Plumbing Accessories, Flooring of all Classrooms, Water Proofing of all Roofs and Painting of Interior & Exterior of Classroom Building. The works started with the installation of the doors and windows thus the different technical teams were separately working on their assigned tasks for completing the renovation faster so that the Classroom Building would be made available for benefit by the summer terms. Finally, all the renovation works completed as requested by the client through the scope of work and the HELP Organization was praised for technical and on time solutions.

Cleaning of the Noshijan Canal

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) contracted the HELP Organization for the cleaning of the Noshijan Canal for the Irrigation purposes in the Kandahar province.
The Noshijan Canal was 15 km in length, with a width of 4 meters and depth of 3 meters which was completely cleaned from dirt and soil that had been preventing irrigational water flow from reaching all the benefitting land owners.
With the cleaning of the Noshijan Canal, hundreds of the community people cultivated wheat and other vegetables for feeding their families and a better income.
Finally, the Canal was cleaned while using heavy equipments and man power where 100 to 150 daily wage labors selected from the surrounding villages were employed.

The NPCC Nationwide was offered the excavation of wells in one of the Canadian Military Forces compounds in Kandahar City.
Due to the hard history of the land which could not be easily excavated because the land was completely rocky and none of the ordinary drilling machines worked, until the NPCC Nationwide Technical Team introduced the Rotary Drilling Machine that could reach upto more than 200 meters in depth.
All the works carried for the completion of the project were satisfactory and upon the request of the Canadian Forces, two drilling machines were allocated on site.
Finally, with the successful implementation of the project, the NPCC Nationwide got the maintenance and installation of the Submersible Pumps along with the main connections for continues water supply.

The NPCC Nationwide Regional Office located in Kandahar province succeeded with all kinds of supplies and deliveries while having proper security throughout the routes from the company owned Plant to the client locations.
The delivery consisted of thousand of cubic meters of crushed gravel produced only for the FOBs in different sizes with scheduled time frame.
Finally, the NPCC Nationwide satisfied all the ESU Representatives with the quick production, fast delivery and safe implementation of the projects.

The construction of the Forward Operating Base (FOB) Masum Ghar consisted of the delivery of heavy equipments for field improvement works.
The Heavy Equipments delivered by the NPCC Nationwide Security Teams were Graders, Excavators with Tracks and Wheels, Excavator with Jack/Hammer, Rollers, Front End Loaders, Fork Lifts, Cranes, Water Trucks, Dump Trucks and other small equipments.
The NPCC Nationwide was responsible for the delivery, operating and maintenance of all the heavy equipments and had a Site Supervisor for recoding all the maintenance works.

The NPCC Nationwide was one of the preferred development partner of the Canadian ESU throughout the establishment of different FOBs.
The NPCC Nationwide had completely established with all departments actively taking participation in all kinds of construction, production and general order supplying works thus the Regional Office delivered and assembled 48 Pre-fabricated Accommodation Units in the Camp Nathan premises.
Finally, all the fittings including the electrical wirings and connections and other electrical items were completed.

The NPCC Nationwide assisted and served the Canadian Engineering Support Unit at a time when no other construction or development companies were ready to accept the tasks.
The NPCC Nationwide started with the delivery of the crushed gravel to a bulk quantity to the Spervan Village FOB in Panjwai District and the first convoy was hit by road side bomb, killing one of the drivers and wounding other several security personnel.
With a complete plan and tightened security, the NPCC Nationwide Regional Office made all the deliveries possible and on time.
Finally, all the works associated to the NPCC Nationwide have been proudly completed.

As per the requirements of the clients known as the Canadian ESU, the NPCC Nationwide Regional Office had all the possibilities for supporting their development and improvement process.
The NPCC Nationwide supplied and delivered all kinds of heavy equipments to almost all the FOBs under the supervision of the Canadian Forces in the Southern Region.
This contract consisted of delivery of Cranes ranging from 30 to a 100 tones to two different districts of Kandahar province. (Panjwai & Zhare Dasht)
Finally, the monthly maintenance was responsibility of the NPCC Nationwide Site Office and any disorders reported would be repaired or replaced with in 24 hours of its report submitted.

As per the Canadian Engineering Support Unit requirement, the NPCC Nationwide Regional Office started production of Stairs, Walkways and Roof for the delivered & assembled accommodations in PRT compound.
The NPCC Nationwide commenced the site development works with frequently visiting the project location, submitting the items for approval to the Contract Officer and production of the materials.
The NPCC Nationwide had set two differnt teams, in order to provide the client with ease of implementation, an on site team and an offsite team, who both were managed by the Project Manager of the Regional Office.
The NPCC Nationwide completed the works according to the scope of work and maintained better cooperation through out the implementation.
Finally, all the works managed and completed so far were satisfactory to the client.

The NPCC Nationwide was approached by the PRT Commander after the tenders were submitted for the construction of the accommodation building for the Security Guards at the Zabul Police Headquarters.
The construction consisted of several blocks with having multiple living quarters and a toilet building.

The NPCC Nationwide as a General Contractor for the Yaklenga Health Facility, introduced the stainless steel materials to the RTF for the first time.
The NPCC Nationwide Sub Office was responsible for the fabrication and installation of the Stainless Steel Benches for the health facility.
The total fabrication took about a month with another order for fabricating few more benches for the health facility kitchen purposes.
Finally, the fabricated items were installed and now are being used by the health facility staff.

The NPCC Nationwide had been contracted the construction and general contracting for the Yaklenga Health Center. The project started from the allocation of the Field Units on site and managing a site office which is the specialty of the company.
The project aims are to provide the Yaklenga residents a better and safer approach to the basin health facilities along with the near by villages which will directly benefit hundreds of people.
The NPCC Nationwide worked with close coordination to the client and achieved the aimed targets at the commencement of the project. The RTF awarded a certificate for the quality assuring and perfect project implementation.
The NPCC Nationwide Field Office Urozgan was responsible for the entire project implementation thus the reports were collected from the site by the Field Teams and were shared with the Program Section, later to be submitted to the client for further revision.

The Project has been completed with the complete satisfaction of the client and has been awarded a certificate for the outstanding performance delivered through the implementation of the project.
The NPCC Nationwide had all technical and skilled teams for the management works and a Field Project Manager was appointed as the Project Supervisor for all the concurrent tasks progressing on site.
Finally, the Perimeter Wall was extended with the installation of the HESCO baskets and filling them with a mix of crushed gravel and sand and concreting top of the basketes for prevesting further erosion.

The Australian Defence Forces Project Management Team contracted the NPCC Nationwide the production of the Vehicle Shelter for the Camp Russell, Tarin Kowt, Urozgan. The NPCC Nationwide Sub Office Urozgan allocated all the site production teams and started production off site and all the materials were delivered to the project location where they were quality checked by the client and confirmed. The NPCC Nationwide produced a total of approximately 2,000 square meters of steel shelter with a standard height of 4 meters from the ground level and the project consisted of completion of the base course for the Vehicle Parking Area including its roads. Finally, the NPCC Nationwide won this contract among many other Local and International Companies who also had submitted tenders and all the works were accepted by the Project Management Team Representatives.

The GI International has been awarded the construction of a 11.5 km long road.
The 11.5 km long road passes through some villages for which the narrow road needs to be widden and all the technical aspects have to be designed and built.
Thte 11.5 km road construction work consists of road leveling, cutting, drainage, culverts, base course and asphalt.
The Asphalt of the road will be accoding to the standards set by the client and the inspection will be carried by the Government of Afghanistan.
